Shipping:

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

All orders have an average processing time of 1-2 business days. Due to high order volume orders may take 2 to 3 additional days to process. 

Keep in mind that during the holiday season, shipping delays may occur as such conditions as severe weather, service interruptions may affect parcel traffic.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns & Exchange

We accept return or exchange of products. 

Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We are gladly accepting returns or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your parcel.

After this time, we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

 

Shipping cost for the returned packages is the responsibility of the customers.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.
